Little steps to big change

At times life can seem a bit overwhelming. Even if we all seemingly have it together we can find ourselves chasing our tails just trying to get through each day.

I’ve decided that this is my week of little steps to big change!

I’ve already got my nutritional needs sorted which certainly takes the pressure off having to think too much about keeping my body healthy, and now that hubby and the kids are having their favourite yummies each day too I don’t have to worry about them not having enough of the good stuff.

My biggest stress is the sheer amount of stuff we have and the never ending battle to keep it all under control. So I’ve decided this week is a week of clearing the clutter, negating the negativity, and donating the ‘do not need’ items of clothing and toys.

You see, it is often the little steps that help us to make the biggest change if only we can identify what it is that causes us to live a life less than awesome!

I found this article about speed cleaning an entire house in just 1 hour … I have my doubts it can be done in my house but I’m willing to give it a try, because it’s a solution to my daily cleaning woes and I’ll be implementing it every day because after all it’s that small daily consistent effort that will potentially make the biggest change.

Think about what it is in your life that’s getting you down or stressing you out and once you’ve identified what needs changing to make life more enjoyable, you can make the changes, or reach out to someone who can help you do just that.

If you could change one thing in your life right now, what would it be?
